Welsh government lacks education 'long-term vision'

Schools in Wales are struggling to improve and suffer from a lack of a long-term vision, according to a review by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

The report did praise "positive" learning conditions but found many weaknesses.
