Trojan Horse findings 'disturbing', says Education Secretary

A report which found evidence of an "aggressive Islamist agenda" in some of the so-called Trojan horse schools in Birmingham is "disturbing", the Education Secretary says.

Nicky Morgan was addressing MPs in the House of Commons following the publication of the report by former counter terror chief Peter Clarke.

He found that there was an agenda to impose attitudes and practices of a hardline, politicised strain of Islam on pupils.
