Hull to be UK City of Culture 2017

Hull has been named the UK's next City of Culture, beating Leicester, Dundee and Swansea Bay to the right to hold the title in 2017.

The BBC's Colin Paterson has been looking at what it will mean for the city, which was once voted as the 'worst place to live' in the UK.
