Banksy in Cheltenham: Campaigners say 'council owns work'
Campaigners have been trying to stop a Banksy work being removed in Cheltenham.
Retired chartered surveyor Phil Jones said the artist's mural, known as Spy Booth, was on a wall which was formerly part of a house purchased by the county council.
Street artist Dice67 is also campaigning to keep the work in Cheltenham after it was bought by private collector and attempts were made to remove it.
Scaffolding and wooden panels were erected around the artwork on Wednesday.
