How will NHS look after coalition changes

David Cameron is expected to accept a number of proposed changes to his plans to reform the NHS in England.

They were suggested by a panel of experts, which expressed concern about the power given to GPs and how much competition there should be in the health service.

The Prime Minister told the Daily Mail he has decided to change course because "some of the details were wrong".
