'More children treated in hospital for drinking alcohol'
Hospitals across the UK are treating an increasing number of children for the effects of drinking alcohol.
Nearly 300 youngsters aged 11 or under were admitted to casualty units across the UK last year after drinking too much.
The information is from 125 NHS organisations, and follows Freedom of Information requests.
The five NHS Trusts which saw the highest number of admissions were in Western and North East Scotland and in South Wales.
