Residential care: Webcams link care homes in US and UK

Elderly residents in care with too little to do could find that boredom and lack of activity have a profound effect on their mental wellbeing.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, NICE, wants to improve life inside care homes and has published new guidelines to try to make life better for older people in care.
