How will you get your seven a day?

Eating seven or more portions of fruit and vegetables a day, and not the previously recommended five, could prolong your life, research has suggested.

A study of 65,000 people by University College London has indicated that the more fruit and vegetables people eat, the less likely they are to die, at any given age.

We asked members of the public if they will be able to eat seven portions at day.
