Scarborough Hospital: 'We are putting problems right'

Major incidents have been declared at several hospitals across England as medical staff struggle to cope with patient numbers.

Amongst them is Scarborough Hospital in North Yorkshire.

Mike Proctor, deputy chief executive of York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust which runs Scarborough Hospital, says patients are safe but that there are still people in A&E who do not have a bed to go to.
