Most councils 'not paying fair price for home care'

Just one in seven local authorities in the UK is paying a fair price for home care for elderly people, according to a report by providers.

The UK Homecare Association says low prices can result in poor terms and conditions for carers.

About half a million people rely on the support, which includes help with washing and dressing.

The BBC's social affairs correspondent, Alison Holt reports.
