GP surgeries in England have reached 'breaking point'

Some GP surgeries in England have reached breaking point as practices struggle to recruit staff, according to the British Medical Association.

As a result, some have either stopped taking on new patients or have applied to do so.

In Clacton-on Sea in Essex, three out of four of the town's surgeries have closed their patient lists.
