African singer's search for musical soul mates in Las Vegas

Senegalese musician King Ibu has toured all over the world playing with legends like Carlos Santa and Pancho Sanchez. But when he relocated to Las Vegas a decade ago, he found himself isolated in the entertainment capital because there were so few other African musicians.

And so, from his desert base, Ibu has created his own network of musicians, composing and collaborating electronically with artists from Norway to Senegal.

BBC News visited Ibu's home studio in Las Vegas, where he records his rich, soulful songs, jamming with artists from across the globe.
