Under control: Suspect surveillance in the UK

The Government is set to announce major changes to control orders, the controversial and highly secretive system used for dealing with terror suspects.

Very little is known about the individuals, who are held under virtual house arrest even though they are not charged with any crimes.

Now, for the first time, a BBC investigation can reveal details about who these men are and why they are considered such a threat.
