IPCC investigation into Mark Duggan death at 'critical stage'

The IPCC investigation into the death of Mark Duggan, which triggered riots in Tottenham on Saturday, is at "a critical stage".

IPCC commissioner Rachel Cerfontyne said that while she could not comment directly on the case, her team were supporting the family and working to address the concerns expressed by the community.
