'Feeding of 5,000' lunch serves to combat food waste

A free lunch is being served is central London to illustrate the quantity of food that goes to waste.

"Feeding the 5,000" has cooked up a meal - vegetable curry - using only ingredients that would have otherwise have been thrown away by supermarkets and restaurants.

The BBC's Sarah Campbell spoke to chef Valentine Warner about why he was taking part in the event.
