Companies 'wrong' to add hidden fees to bookings

Tourists face "rip-off charges" being imposed by some travel companies, according to Which? Travel magazine.

The consumer group looked at the methods of 188 companies, including 51 travel companies and 32 airlines as well as hotel chains and hire companies.

They suggest that customers are unwittingly being opted in to buy travel insurance and added extras without being asked if they want them.

Consumer expert Martin Lewis and Rochelle Turner from Which? told BBC Radio 5 live Shelagh Fogarty how people can avoid the extra fees.
