Released prisoners mentor plan in England and Wales

Justice Secretary Chris Grayling wants every prisoner released in England and Wales to have a mentor to help them move away from a life of crime.

Mr Grayling is expected to outline changes to the probation service, in his first major policy speech since he took up his post in September.
