Warrington bomb victim's father marks 20th anniversary

A minute's silence will be observed in Warrington to mark the 20th anniversary of the IRA bomb attack in which two boys died.

Jonathan Ball, three, and Tim Parry, 12, died and 54 others were hurt when two bombs hidden in litter bins went off in Bridge Street on 20 March 1993.

Tim's parents Colin and Wendy have spent the last two decades campaigning for peace and established a charity in the names of the two victims.

Mr Parry told BBC Breakfast that be believed the peace process in Northern Ireland had come a long way, but warned that dissident republicans still posed a threat.
