Cornwall speedboat crash victim 'doted on family'

Tributes have been paid to a 51-year-old man who was killed along with his eight-year-old daughter in a speedboat accident in Cornwall.

Senior BSkyB executive Nick Milligan was described by his brother as an "extremely loving father, husband, son and brother, who doted on his family".

A 39-year-old woman and a four-year-old boy remain seriously ill in hospital.

Police are urging anyone who witnessed the accident in Padstow to come forward.
