Seaside poverty: 'We're sleeping in toilets'

Some of Britain's seaside towns have become "dumping grounds" for the most vulnerable and difficult to help people, according to the think tank the Centre for Social Justice.

It says places like Great Yarmouth, Rhyl and Clacton have deprivation levels on a par with some major cities, with high levels of unemployment and drug and alcohol abuse and low educational standards.

The BBC's social affairs correspondent, Michael Buchanan, reports from Blackpool - one of the towns highlighted in the report.

One man told him: "You've got to think of ways to make money, and most of the time it's not legal".
