Daniel Pelka murder 'disturbing' says report author

The author of a report into the death of a child who was murdered by his mother and her partner says there were at least three "missed opportunities" to "do things differently".

Ron Lock's report found four-year-old Daniel Pelka was "invisible" at times and "no professional tried sufficiently hard enough" to talk to him.

He said: "It was a disturbing situation to read and to author in many ways."
