Tourist boat ablaze on London's River Thames

Thirty people have been rescued after a tourist vessel on the River Thames caught fire close to the Houses of Parliament.

Some of the people on board the jumped into the water to escape the flames.

Eyewitness Phil Beasley-Harling said he knew something was wrong when he saw a big plume of smoke rising from the Thames.
