Universal Credit scheme is 'massive transformation'

Changes to the welfare system are still on track according to the minister in charge, Lord Freud.

The national roll-out of Universal Credit - which replaces six old benefits - is happening much more slowly than originally planned, with Labour describing it as "total chaos".

One of London's boroughs is now trialling the Credit - as BBC local government correspondent Mike Sergeant reports.
