Red Arrows pilot inquest: Seat mechanism 'useless'
An inquest into the death of a Red Arrows pilot, who was killed after being ejected from a stationary plane, has criticised the RAF and the company that made the ejector seat.
Flight Lieutenant Sean Cunningham, who was 35, was propelled several hundred feet into the air at RAF Scampton in Lincolnshire in November 2011.
