Dog attack victim: Dangerous dog 'ripped my arm'

Amanda Peynado had her arm ripped off by a dog in 2007, and told the Victoria Derbyshire programme that the focus of the new England and Wales sentencing guidelines on punishments for dangerous dogs should be the owner and the dogs.
