Restorative justice 'is about empowerment', says victim

Paul Kohler was attacked in his home by a gang in 2014 and has now met one of the offenders. He described what happened.

The Justice Select Committee says all victims of crime in England and Wales should have the opportunity to get restorative justice, where they can met the offender.

The government is considering the report.
