Hancock: 'When schools are open that spreads the disease more'
Matt Hancock says action has been taken to close schools in areas most under pressure by the spread of coronavirus.
The health secretary said he can understand parents being concerned about sending their children to school because he has mixed emotions about sending his own children.
Mr Hancock told BBC Breakfast that it was a difficult balance to strike.
