Matt Hancock says too soon to tell when lockdown rules will be eased

The Health Secretary, Matt Hancock, told the BBC's Andrew Marr that there are early signs that the number of coronavirus cases in the UK is beginning to decrease.

He said three-quarters of over 80s in England had been vaccinated, but he said it was too soon to say when lockdown rules could be eased.
