'Review findings are brutal' - Met Police chief Sir Mark Rowley
A report by Baroness Louise Casey has found that women and children were failed by the Metropolitan Police, with racism, misogyny, and homophobia at the heart of the force.
Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley told the BBC: "We have let Londoners down... the findings are brutal."
