Armed police arrest knife suspect in Peterborough Starbucks
The moment a man was arrested in a coffee shop after reports he had threatened to stab his former partner has been captured on bodycam.
Cambridgeshire Police said Ryan Miller, 36, had turned up at his ex's house with a kitchen knife, before later admitting what he had done to a friend, who took the blade off him.
He then went to Starbucks at Ortongate Shopping Centre, Peterborough on 12 January, where he was located and detained by armed officers.
Miller, of no fixed address, admitted possession of a knife in a public place and was jailed for nine months at Huntingdon Law Court.
