Cotehele's kissing Christmas plant 'thriving'
Hundreds of bunches of mistletoe are being gathered at an old apple orchard on the Cotehele Estate in Cornwall.
The National Trust said it was one of the few areas where the plant - traditionally associated with kissing and Christmas - has been thriving.
It added that the future of English mistletoe could be under threat because techniques used to manage and harvest the plant were being lost with the decline in traditional orchards.
