3D technology developed in Cumbria aids Japan's nuclear clean-up

Technology developed in Cumbria is helping Japanese engineers analyse the damage caused when the Fukushima nuclear plant was hit by a tsunami in 2011.

Cockermouth-based Createc and React in Cleator Moor have designed equipment that can be sent into highly radioactive areas where danger spots can be mapped with 3D images.
