The Gloucester man making cricket bats from his own trees
Making cricket bats is the only job Martin Berrill has ever known.
He answered a newspaper ad in 1978 and has been creating bats since then.
He has become one of a select few in England still creating them by hand and his work is a labour of love – the wood for the bats comes from his own trees.
