Safety questions after Sheppey bridge pileup

Questions are being asked about safety after the 130-vehicle crash on the Sheppey crossing in Kent and whether it could have been prevented.

As police investigations continue, there have been renewed calls for safety issues to be addressed.

Calls for safety measures came from Kent's former Chief Constable Mike Fuller in 2006.
