Controversial landlord Fergus Wilson faces legal action

A buy-to-let tycoon who said it's "common sense" to ban Indian and Pakistani tenants from renting his homes is facing legal action.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has applied for an injunction against Fergus Wilson after he issued a ban on "coloured people" renting his properties.

Mr Wilson has defended his lettings policy as being economically sound.
