London mayor Boris Johnson calls for more devolved powers

London mayor Boris Johnson has added his name to a letter calling on Westminster to devolve more powers to regional government in England.

It comes on the day a cross-party commission, set up in the wake of the Scottish referendum, recommended that Edinburgh should have sweeping new controls over tax.
