Watch: The women 'speed dating' for a place to live

At a bar in Canary Wharf in east London, more than 80 women are nervously waiting to meet their match.

But they are not here for a date, they are looking for a new flatmate.

The Girlies Guide started with socials for people new in the capital to make friends.

But, with increasing demand for rooms in London, they now also host events for young women to find a housemate.

Young women say they are choosing to ditch conventional methods of finding somewhere to live to attend these events.
