Food destined for the bin served to wedding guests

When Nikki Pope and Cate Bauer got married, they decided their wedding celebration would have a different dimension.

The couple opted for a wedding breakfast with food that was destined for the tip.

It was provided by the Manchester branch of Real Junk Food Project, which saves food from landfill sites.

It is now catering for functions in addition to feeding homeless people.
