Kieron Dyer talks of his 'tough' I'm A Celebrity jungle experience

Former footballer Kieron Dyer has spoken of the tough times he endured in the Australian jungle while taking part in the ITV show I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

The England international was back at Portman Road at the weekend to watch Ipswich Town's match against Derby County.

He told BBC Radio Suffolk’s Mark Murphy how he hit it off instantly with fellow contestant Lady Colin Campbell.

Dyer, who donated his appearance fee to a local charity, said life in the Australian jungle was tougher than he imagined.

"I would definitely keep my fee if I did it again," he joked. "It is very hard."
