Fears over Suffolk and Norfolk 400 wind turbine plan

More than 400 wind turbines could be built off the Suffolk and Norfolk coast.

Campaigners argue it could impact on tourism but Scottish Power said it would provide clean energy to three million homes and create thousands of jobs.
