NI Health: Children 'suffering' on hospital waiting lists, says mum
A mum has spoken of her frustration after her two teenage daughters faced lengthy hospital waiting lists.
Mandy O'Connor took her daughter, Natasha, to Turkey to have "urgent" surgery, after she was diagnosed with scoliosis in 2018.
The surgery cost €35,000 (£29,520), of which the family managed to raise £27,500.
However, Mrs O'Connor's youngest daughter, Ronagh, has now been referred for checks due to concerns over her also developing scoliosis.
