Retired Brigadier Robin Bacon on the 'worrying time' for armed forces
Retired Brigadier Robin Bacon, from the ABF Soldiers' Charity, said the Defence Review - with a loss of 17,000 armed forces personnel by 2015 - and the way staff were being told were leading to "worrying times" for servicemen.
