NHS budget concerns 'will be addressed' says Nick Clegg
Concerns over changes to the way the NHS is run "will be listened to and addressed" according to Nick Clegg.

The House of Commons' health committee heaped more pressure on the government for its overhaul of the NHS in England by suggesting GPs should not be allowed to take control of the budget all by themselves.
