Ken Clarke leaves TV studio after resignation call

Justice Secretary Ken Clarke changed his mind about doing a live interview for BBC Two's Daily Politics after he saw Ed Miliband call for his resignation during Prime Minister's Questions.

The Labour leader was criticising Ken Clarke's comments made to BBC Radio 5 live in which he disputed claims that new rules on sentencing could see rapists let out of prison in 15 months for pleading guilty.

Mr Clarke was however then interviewed on camera by BBC Political Editor Nick Robinson.
