Ed Miliband attacks David Cameron over Andy Coulson

The Labour leader Ed Miliband has repeated his attack on Prime Minister David Cameron over the hiring of Andy Coulson as his director of communications.

Mr Coulson took the job after resigning as News of the World editor over phone-hacking allegations.

Speaking in the House of Commons, Mr Miliband said the decision "couldn't be put down to gross incompetence" and that it was a "deliberate attempt to hide from the facts about Mr Coulson".
