Louise Cooper said the euro countries were "on a journey toward some kind of resolution" and that has impressed the markets.

But the BGC Partners markets analyst claimed there was still a long way to go and the deal had still left Greece with "unsustainable levels of debts", and the problems would still not be solved for months.
