Eurozone deal: Ex-chancellors Alistair Darling and Nigel Lawson

Former chancellor Alistair Darling said the euro deal agreed on Tuesday should have been put in place months ago, and was "nowhere near enough".

While Conservative ex-chancellor Nigel Lawson said the eurozone issues were "insoluble", but said the deal would help buy time to manage the problems.
