Families lose money in coalition child benefit changes

Coalition plans to take away child benefit from higher rate tax-payers will save money but could lose voters and is alarming some backbench MPs.

Giles Dilnot reports on whether this could be a "10p-tax moment" for David Cameron and George Osborne - similar to Gordon Brown's decision to scrap the lower tax rate when he was PM.
