MPs tweeting on X Factor and Strictly Come Dancing

Some politicians have been tweeting about TV giants X Factor and Strictly Come Dancing suggesting they are real people who also spend Saturday night on the sofa.

Adam Fleming wondered why they would do this - with the help of Strictly's mirror ball and Alan Dedicoat who is the voice of BBC One show (as well as the man who announces the lottery numbers).
