David Cameron: 'EU treaty not right for Britain'

Prime Minister David Cameron has said he did not agree to sign a new European treaty because it was ''not in Britain's interests''.

Efforts to reach an accord of all 27 member states have been abandoned, but will continue with the 17 eurozone members and six others.
